Who We Are & Who We Serve
Our work is supported by a cross-disciplinary network covering early childhood development, education systems, climate and environment, social and behavioural sciences, finance and policy design. This range of perspectives allows us to work across sectors and address complex challenges with coherent, integrated solutions.
We collaborate with municipalities, NGOs and civil society organisations, international agencies, schools and private sector actors. Our services include programme and curriculum development, strategic planning, monitoring and learning design, applied research, climate adaptation in education settings, capacity building and guidance for social and environmental investment decisions.
The Consilium exists to help partners act with clarity and confidence at a time when social and climate pressures are reshaping how services are delivered and how communities learn, adapt and grow. We combine structure, evidence and creative thinking to support institutions seeking progress and lasting impact.

The Consilium
We are a multidisciplinary collective of senior academicians and practitioners, each with more than a decade of technical and operational experience in education, climate and research fields. Our network brings together expertise in early childhood development, education systems, climate literacy and finance, behavioural and social sciences, and evidence generation. This blend enables us to approach complex institutional challenges with integrated perspectives, ensuring solutions are contextually relevant and technically sound.
We apply rigorous, research-driven methodologies and combine policy knowledge with field implementation experience to support partners in designing programmes, shaping strategy, and strengthening systems. Our team is highly adaptable, able to deliver remote analytical work, in-person capacity support, and on-site programme development across diverse cultural and operational settings.
We collaborate with municipalities, NGOs, international agencies, private education providers and community actors, tailoring our support to institutional needs rather than predefined templates. Through capacity development, technical assistance and analytical services, we help organisations build stronger learning environments, integrate climate and environmental thinking into their work, and make decisions grounded in evidence and measurable results.
At the core of our work is a commitment to equity, quality and long-term impact—bringing structure, clarity and innovation to partners working to improve systems and outcomes for children, families and communities. Our network is built to scale, drawing on cross-sector knowledge and collaborative approaches that position us to deliver on institutional consultancy assignments with confidence and accountability.
